What we collect, why, and the choices you have.

Who we are
Path Builders Education Services (“we”) provides free admission counselling from Billawar Rd, near Edify International school, Dewal/Dher, Kathua, Jammu and Kashmir. You can contact us at contactuspathbuilders@gmail.com or +91 99063 58100.
1. When you send us an enquiry
If you fill in a form on this website (enquiry, callback request, pop-up) we receive what you type: your name, phone number, last class passed, what you are interested in, and any message or email address you add. We use it only to contact you about admission counselling. It is emailed to our team and saved in our website’s admin area. We do not sell it. You can ask us to correct or delete it at any time.
2. Analytics (only if you accept)
The first time you visit, we ask whether we may count how the website is used. If you press Accept, we record the following, and nothing else:
- the pages you view, how long you stay, and how far you scroll;
- the buttons and links you tap, including WhatsApp and phone call buttons, and which form you submit (never what you typed);
- the date and time;
- your device type, browser, operating system, language and time zone;
- the website you came from, and campaign tags in the link (utm_source etc.);
- your approximate location (country, and where available state or city) taken from your internet connection;
- a random anonymous ID created in your browser, so we can tell that two page views came from the same browser.
We do not store your IP address, name, phone number or email in analytics, we do not build advertising profiles, and we do not share analytics data with advertisers. We use it to learn which pages and buttons help students, and to improve the website. Analytics data is deleted automatically after 180 days.
If you press Decline, or your browser sends a Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control signal, nothing is recorded. Our counselling services do not depend on your choice.
3. Your choices
You can change your mind at any time: opens the choice again. Choosing Decline after accepting also deletes the analytics data linked to your browser’s anonymous ID. You may also write to us to ask what we hold about you, to correct it, or to delete it.
If you are under 18, please ask a parent or guardian to make these choices and to send enquiries with you.

We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.
5. WhatsApp and phone calls
When you tap a WhatsApp or Call button, your device opens WhatsApp or your phone dialer. What you send from there is handled by WhatsApp (see its own privacy policy) or your phone company. If you accepted analytics, we record only that the button was tapped, where on the page, and when.
6. Your rights
Under India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (and similar laws elsewhere) you may ask to access, correct or erase your personal data, withdraw consent, and make a complaint. Write to contactuspathbuilders@gmail.com and we will respond within a reasonable time. If you are not satisfied you may complain to the Data Protection Board of India.
7. Changes
If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top of this page.
